If you are dissatisfied with any product from Sirmanski, you can ship it back to us prepaid and receive a credit for your purchase price, a replacement of the product or a refund by check (your choice). The product must be returned to Sirmanski within 30 days of its purchase in order to qualify. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you decide to exchange for the same item as the original purchase, you will incur no additional shipping or handling charges.
